- 7:00 AM – Registration booth setup & guest check-in begins near the hotel entrance
- Custom Slingshot on display in the hotel lobby
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Day Pool Party (DJ Lady Jamar, DJ Brad Rush, DJ Sidekick + hosted by comedian Shang)
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Free Tacos & Margaritas served to all guests (upstairs ballroom overlooking the pool)
- 5:00 PM – 3-Wheel Light Competition in the parking lot in front of the hotel (spectator-friendly)
- Evening – Group canyon ride through Palm Springs (once temperatures cool down)
- 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM – Pajama Party in the Ballroom (lighting, sound & stage fully set up)
SATURDAY, MAY 16
- 7:30 AM – Riders meet in the lobby for the 74 Hwy Canyon Ride
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Luau Pool Party
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Free Tacos & Margaritas served to all guests
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Sound Competition (off-site location to keep the hotel peaceful)
- 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM – All White Party in the Ballroom featuring a celebrity performance
SUNDAY, MAY 17
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Brunch Day Party at the pool (final celebration to close out the weekend)

Hosted at the iconic, colorful The Saguaro Palm Springs, this first- annual fundraiser benefits the South Bay Vocational Center (SBVC), supporting job training programs for adults with disabilities.
